Profilglass has grown into a large company and yet has chosen to remain close to its employees and firmly rooted in the local fabric of Fano. That choice was at the heart of a project of systematic communications we developed for Profilglass. The goal was to nurture team spirit within the company and cultivate goodwill for the local community.
CHEMISTRY SPARKS BETWEEN WORD AND SYMBOL
The creative concept designed for the communication campaign aimed at internal audiences and the territory
plays on the symbol for aluminium, “Al”, in the periodic table of the elements. “Al” brings to mind the word “All” and the many expressions that use the word. This reference can communicate many different ideas and at the same time suggest a common thread between them.
Thus, “Alpeople – we work together”, is the book created and circulated to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Profilglass. The company’s employees were the subject of the picture book that tells the story of the company through its people.
AlYOU
“Alyou. Everything about aluminium, you on everything” is the new house organ that addresses the most important topics for business development. It features columns on various sectors of activity and on employees and their stories, to share the corporate culture and strengthen the sense of belonging, just like the company t-shirts with the claim “ALtogether.”
“Already. Ready, set, go! Discovering aluminium” is the educational project that involved local middle school students: an in-depth journey about the material processed by Profilglass, which first took place in the classroom with targeted educational content, and then directly at the company offices with guided tours of the production facilities.
